Conditions of this program:
- The equipment will be provided at no cost, nor will a deposit be required.
- Concessions Plus will assume all routine preventive and corrective maintenance responsibilities
at no cost.
- If corrective maintenance is required because of abuse/misuse/negligence you will assume
responsibility for any corrective maintenance required to restore the equipment.
- You must agree to purchase drink mix from Concessions Plus and only from Concessions Plus
during the period of your agreement.
- You must assume all liability for use of the equipment, utensils, and supplies and will hold
Concessions Plus harmless against all claims, costs, damages, injury to personnel or property,
and all liabilities, including attorney’s fees, resulting from the improper use of this equipment.
- No persons under the age of eighteen (18) years old will be allowed to
operate/use/maintain/handle this equipment or twenty-one (21) if used in a bar.
- All eligible operators must be trained in the proper use, safety, and care of this equipment.
- The equipment can only be used at the designated address listed in the contract and can not be
removed from that address without the consent of Concessions Plus.
- The equipment can not be used by other departments/divisions/branches within the company or
organization without the consent of Concessions Plus.
